Lou Bob’s Bagels is more than a bagel company. It’s a family dream inspired by one very special person, our son, Louis Robert, affectionately known as Lou Bob.

Lou Bob was born with a cleft lip and palate, and from his very first day, he showed us the true meaning of resilience, courage, and determination. Watching him face challenges with strength and a smile inspired us to stop waiting for the “perfect time” and take a leap of faith toward building the family business we had always dreamed of.

That spirit is baked into everything we do.

Every Lou Bob’s bagel represents the values our son has taught us: perseverance, love, hard work, and the belief that something wonderful can happen when you have the courage to follow your dreams.

We handcraft our bagels in small batches and bake them fresh the very day you purchase them, so you can enjoy them at their absolute best. No shortcuts, just fresh, handcrafted bagels made with care.

We even wake up at 3:00 a.m. so you don’t have to.
